New in 2020: Culinary and zero waste workshops!
For 2020, we are pleased to announce the production of 4 FoodLabs to be held at the fairs.
The theme of these FoodLabs will focus on food intelligence and cutting-edge technologies (algorithms, artificial intelligence and social technologies) and will present an experimental product trail including examples of future food and superfoods. The objective is to demonstrate that the use of complementary food to the traditional plate and, especially the consumption of animal protein, has a significant impact on the sustainable development of the ecological niche. Conferences will focus on agriculture in the face of climate change.
Several culinary and zero waste workshops will be held on the weekends of the fairs.
