Acceptance of conditions

Here are the payment and refund conditions for being an exhibitor.

No refund if you cancel less than a month before the event
50% refund if you cancel more than one month before the event
A fee of $ 50 will be added for any payment received less than 30 days before the event

*COVID-19 : Of course, in the case of new government restrictions associated with the Covid-19 crisis, which we will have to comply with, the fairs will be postponed and you will be offered a refund option. You will be informed of any change in the situation. For the exhibitors at the Montreal Green Tech Festival, you are allowed to make full payment for your booth up to a minimum of 15 days before the event.
