The FoodLab is a lab centralizing Montreal cirizen and global voices to design and promote alternative solutions in terms of food resource management. Through its physical laboratory and a series of events planned for 2020, the FoodLab will attract a minimum of 1,500 members, individuals and businesses, across several boroughs of Montreal, the island of Laval and 4 major cities of Quebec through the partnership developed with the ÉCOSPHÈRE Fairs.
