Job description

TELE-VOLUNTEER: depending on your skills and resources it is possible to help the organization with remote tasks such as: making phone calls, updating databases, doing internet research etc. You must provide your own tools: telephone, internet and/or computer.

WELCOMING & INFORMATION: welcoming and orienting exhibitors, presenters, speakers and visitors; informing visitors, distributing programming, selling programming wristbands; taking surveys and email addresses; accompanying and educating visitors on distancing procedures and disinfection stations, etc.

PROGRAMMING ASSISTANCE: accompany speakers and facilitators by ensuring the smooth running of their activities under the tent; manage/calculate participants’ entries; accompany and make participants and speakers aware of distancing and disinfection procedures, etc.

GREEN BRIGADE: sensitize and accompany visitors and exhibitors for an efficient sorting of residual materials; sanitary assistance.

VOLUNTEER TEAM: support and contribute to the smooth running of activities on the site by assisting where necessary (ensure crowd management; inform visitors; accompany and educate visitors on distancing procedures and disinfection stations).

SET-UP & DISMANTLING: Assist the team with set-up and tear-down of the site (tables, chairs, signage, kiosk marking, etc.) *Only Wednesday through Friday (set-up) and Sunday (evening) and Monday (tear-down).
